Probably the most underrated part of this scene is how miserable Michael is, but then you see him taking pleasure in the simple things, like the little grill trick. Then he gets some alcohol in him, and he starts to feel a lot better. I really enjoy that part of Steve's performance.

I think season 3 was the best season of the show. Didn’t have to spend time setting up the stage like in season 1 and 2 and the scenes didn’t feel far fetched like the later seasons.

Imagine being on this show and not understanding that she wasn't the butt of the joke, but rather the show writers were making fun of Michael and Andy's ignorance. The entire joke is that they're stupid assholes who can't distinguish between two obviously different women, yet she thinks the joke is that all Asians look alike.

Dwight was actually right about the chefs choice of knife…. The Usuba is better for precise cuts because of the single bevel edge. Whereas the nakiri is for large quantity chopping
Cool, you read the wiki. It’s gonna be a matter of preference. Single vs double bevel is a small detail.
That being said, I’m not sure why the bevel would make a difference depending on quantity.
