Everything you said rings true - I look outside and it feels like reality has changed.. the weird thing is I realised now I don't have ptsd anymore - part of the shift is recognising that's not the real me. Thank you for this - your videos are my guiding light!

When I woke up this morning I felt my environment was 'not the same'. I kept doing double takes! There are a few things which I need to handle, but I know in my bones that things have actually changed. It's literally just a case of remembering to breathe, and not to feel like Sigourny Weaver's character in 'Aliens', for real! Thank you for making this three times - that takes something; this is the 2nd video which has had interference by the way for me! This dark-side influence is palpable eh? But we are strong too.
