For anyone who is Lost.....in the beginning, you're heading West over the Gulf Islands. At 2:15 the plane turns North for a bit, and at 3:02, it levels off and you can see the route the Ferries use to get to through the islands. At 4:40 it does a U turn to head South, and at 5:40 you can see the city of Duncan, BC. At 7:40 you can see Shawnigan Lake, where the plane turns East to line up with the Victoria Airport. At 9:05, you're heading East across the waters of the Saanich Inlet, with the Victoria Airport on the other side at 10:40.
