I'm sure that 3 and 4 harmonies are Mani! In another vocal analysis videos it was definitely her, but 1 and 2 harmonies could be Camz, but that is the most awful harmonies in her career. But to be honest those harmonies are weird and awful like shit, I'm gonna agree with person below that Camz was probably sick during the sessions. Like, come on, her vocals on chorus are auto-tuned. Anyways, amazing job, hun! And I'm so happy that Lauren is have more vocals, like in 2nd pre-chorus, in the bridge
I don’t know if they had a crappy vocal mixer working or if something went wrong with whoever got the stems, but the harmonies and chorus layers sound more like faulty AI voice models of the girls rather than the actual members.
it’s bc we have the protools session, but we’re missing the plugins, including autotune and like 15 others. when the ptx leaks somebody might be able to export better.
It makes me realize, for recording backing vocal you need to record two to three times a line, one to left, other to right, so it shouldn't be counted as a double time, cuz it's at least two audios differents? Obs: Has some hackes that is used like put one member in a side and the other in other, put a effect to change a little, put a side higher than others, but you can notice when it's done
I only count double time for adlibs. Yes, it's additional vocals but i personally don't agree with doing a double timer for harmonies rather than adlibs but to each their own. And it would be a pain in the ass to count all of that 😭

I just agree in do separed backing vocal and lead from solo lines in groups that didn't all sing in the chorus but it's count like they all sung it, that ain't the case of 5H in general, like SNSD, 9 girls, 2 singing almost all the chorus in 9 allbuns and live 9 singing

the CAM files are all Camila trust, they were labelled like that in the ptx. there’s also takes of her recording them. in the ptx, Normani has like 7 vocal takes in total.
