Awesome build! I would like to see a ford transit connect camper conversion. Maybe add a toilet room in the back with the bed starting on the front passenger seat.
I've converted 3 vans, redone a boat interior and am a cabinetmaker by training. The problem I see with so many van conversions, including this one, is that the ergonomics of the seating is not good. The base of the seat is parallel to the floor whereas to be more comfortable for sitting should have a slight backwards tilt. The backrests are also similar - vertical is not comfortable for lounging and a slight backwards tilt makes a big difference.
A tilted seat base might be ok if it was only a seat though it sounds unusual even for house or office furniture etc, but when doubling as a bed you definitely want it flat and parallel to the floor
Nice work! Enjoyed all your build vids. Did you cut an interior roof rib to get the fan installed on this build? Looks like this time the fan is further back than on the other builds. The thought of cutting through those roof ribs has been holding me back from putting a full size roof fan on my NV200 :)

Thanks! I cut through the roof rib. The fan becomes part of the rib as long as you screw through the plastic on the fan, and into roof rib.
