I’m the oldest of my siblings and I’m the first son to get married. So this is all new to my parents. So this is a learning experience. My auntie is the one that came out to help us with what to say and do.
It’s easy to say but hard to do. If your family are christians then ut may be different. If your family still practices our Hmong culture/traditions and don’t understand the meanings of why we need to lwm qaij then that’s a problem.
