Looks a great alternative for carrying a full sized bike occasionally. The smaller one is close to the IATA 62" / 158cm linear measurement maximum for standard sized checked baggage so you may get away with no extra fees. As a [now retired] Airline pilot I used to lug along my road bicycle in an Evoc case. These cases are great but noticeably outsized; although some airlines may not charge extra... Inevitably, the protection succumbed to baggage handler mismanagement [Thank you Paris CDG] and the top tube was cracked. I replaced my travel bike with a Ritchey Breakaway XL [58] size and used an S&S hard-sided case which is exactly 62 linear inches. After many, many flights the case wears its battle scars but the bike remains undamaged. I highly recommend this option for frequent travellers - the up front costs will be quickly repaid through avoiding excess baggage fees. Edit: As a tip I'd suggest a plain case without bicycle motifs may slip under the radar and avoid having to sign a damage waiver at check-in.
@@KaushikNSanji I didn't test it with fenders, but it might be a tight fit for the main compartment and if the fenders are plastic, I'd be worried about them getting crushed and cracked.

Nice video on the product. Just one question, what if I need to pack in full sized fenders in the case along with a rear pannier? Will it be possible?
