@@forestroad_ its stats are 40m, but the barrel extends about 3m past the hull essenially making it a 43m range. Ares is also 40m range but the barrel ends about 3m before the end of the hull making it more of a 37m range. just because the stat card says 1 range doesnt mean its effect range is that, thats why people say the HTD is 45m range even tho it says its 40, the bellet sticks out about 4m so nearly 45m, same with with the 40mm HAC, 35m but its hull is 5m short which is why youll see HACs drive backwards to get that extra range
@@neptune5726 dont ignore soft statistic. Or are you just saying that because barrels that stick out past the hull is typically a warden tank thing and dont want that to be classed as balanced. Yes both tanks are 40m but that's incredibly misleading, together theres a 5m+ distance gap between then when including soft statistic. Telling people that you should only look at its statistic will cause more issues than including soft statistics. Dont joke around like that.
Remember tankers don't push yourself too much as it may end up a disaster, and i believe that Warden Predator will survive if only he outrange that Colonial Ares

The only thing the ares is good for, killing tanks defenseivly. Ares is pretty much a "better" HTD. No ability to kill structures, or infantary, but hey, it shreads tanks.

The (predator 45m) could survive if he outrange the (Ares 40m) or maybe don't push more before the Ares reach him
