Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara says his administration is willing to work with his Bayelsa State counterpart, Senator Douye Diri to achieve a peaceful settlement of issues concerning property jointly owned by both States that are pending in the courts. Sir Fubara expressed his strong desire for mutual cooperation when he paid a New Year's visit to Senator Douye Diri at his country home in Sampou in Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

This visit to governor Diri is another of his smooth-operating way of eviscerating Wike. However, Fubara's constantly praising of Tinubu is in bad taste, he should minimize it because Tinubu is not a choirboy, he operates like an unconscionable drug baron: Fubara must not take Tinubu lightly, he is cunning and deadly.
The Supreme Court case is still pending, so he has to tread carefully until after the ruling.

I am not from neither States, River nd Balyesa but i wonder why Mr. Wike wanted to crisis in the midst of the same families. When Bayelsa was created from River state, they took of wt onlyn10mn as my friend late Commodore Ayeni as the 1st Gov of the state. Where was wike then? Truth be told. If the old rivers state had not been split, no person from the upland part (Ikwere) of the state would have smelt the governorship position. Wike tried to spread it ( Emere ndia emere ndia) accross the state. Should the upland people behave like the riverrine areas no Ijaw man would ever be governor. Having said that, Wike should let Fubara do his jod. Wike should also be eulogised for his kind action in this regard.
