- Come hang out with me for part two of my WIP parade which is on the sampler side of things (last time was more seasonal). There might be something cool in store if you can help me get an accurate count of all my WIPS! I hope you enjoy this, see something new and something inspiring.

Wow where to start. First thank you for ALL the time you took to bring us all these beautiful projects. My laundry list of favorites is just that but I will settle on Jane Cowey
I got lost in the looking and writing down a dream list. But I think you have 81 WIPS. Regardless what eye candy. You have my vote for the kitted WIP Parade of quilts - what a treat ❤

Love your ambition. When it comes to WIPs,BAPs,FFOs,UFOs, the longer the video the better. There were 81 (multiple Prairie Schooler Santas included as one) WIPs. My favorite is Ann Dale.

So thoroughly enjoyed your WIP parade, Lori, thank you so much!! Especially loved seeing all your project bags - they are so lovely, I can see why you love the kitting up process and matching your bag to the project! You are stitching up so many gorgeous charts it is hard to pick a favorite but, if I absolutely had to, I think it would be the Madame Chantilly chart, because like you I LOVE the poppies!

Hi Lori!! Another great video! Enjoyed the intro of all the hummers, I've missed watching them here this year. Love Auntie Beans quilt, so beautiful. Your floss color changes for Jane Cowey will look great! Making me want to get out a few samplers like Mary Wood and put some stitches in it. Crack me up about cutting your bangs. What a joy this video was for me. So, so many of the projects you have are also in my WIP, stitched, or to be stitched. I have mostly been quilting but seeing your WIPs reminded me of the many beautiful projects that are just waiting. Thank you so much for sharing all of this as I know it has to be a lot of work. I would love, love a video of your quilt projects - what fun that would be. So glad that the fire was put out safely and no one was harmed. A blessing from God. Have fun with Lisa as she comes for a “girls” week. P.S. We are all sad that we losing Heart’s Desire; I had so hoped that someone would be able to purchase it so it would stay open. Debbie wants to retire which I am happy for her to be able to do that, especially since her husband retired a couple of years ago. The shop closes September 1st. 😢. I love the Humble Stitcher patterns, and all of your plans patterns. I love the Teresa Kogut "Come to the Garden" wip. All of her patterns are beautiful. My guess is 84??

Thanks Joyce. We’ve done a few together before, and of course story’s and reels when we travel. Now that we’re back in at least the same state, who knows? 😉
It was a very hard choice to pick one project, but I do love Stacy Nash's Butternut House Pin Keep. As for the count of WIP I believe there are 80 or so.
If cross stitch WIPS were considered fatty foods, we'd all be in trouble. Seriously, thanks for sharing your WIPS--so hard to choose a favorite but I settled on Jane Cowey by The Scarlet House. The final WIP count was 81. Stitch every day for good mental health. ❤

Thanks for the information concerning insurance. Now that I own a home, I will have to start documenting all of my craft supplies better than want I am doing. I didn't think insurance would even cover craft supplies.
Each is different. It depends on the coverage you have, but generally it covers everything in your home. Special collections such as fine art, etc., may need a special rider. If you have an in home business, that probably needs an additional umbrella. It’s important to know what’s covered. Read your policy and talk to your company. You don’t want to be surprised if something unfortunate happens. Thanks for watching.

Loved this wip parade. Also loved your quilt tops. I am a monogamous stitcher with a lot of kitted up projects. I too love the kitting up process, and get very excited to start a new project. Ok, I think I counted 84 but not positive about it. What a parade of absolutely beautiful projects!! I love them all but I love the La D Da The Three Lillies stitch. I love that style. It’s so charming. Like you said, if only we didn’t need sleep!!! Now I wish we could have a tour of, I’m certain, your gorgeous home!!

I'm really not sure, but I think I counted 84? There are so many beautiful WIPs in there, but I do really like Jane Plenderleith. You have me tempted to start all my kitted up samplers. I have about 25 ready to go.

If I had been writing down all your WIPS I thought “I want to do” I’d have the number! 🤣 The one you are doing for your daughter, thinking it was called Consider the Lily’s, I went to 123 but didn’t find it. Do you know if it’s still available? I would definitely like to see your quilt kit parade. I need to get my quilting mojo back.
😂😂😂. I’m doing one for my granddaugher called Notte di Stelle (Night of Stars?) by Madame Chantilly, or it could be the Three Lilys by La D Da. Both of those would probably still be available, but you might have to do a wider search than 123Stitch. Definitely not taking on Consider the Lilys which is by Beth Twist of Heartstring Samplery. How do you dye your linens? You achieve such beautiful colors!
Hi Terri! It depends on the look I’m going for. If I just want to knock existing color down or grunge it a bit, it’s usually tea or coffee or both. I also use other natural things like turmeric. For dyeing from scratch, I have used both Rit dyes and procion dyes. I usually have an end result in mind, but it’s always an experiment, and always fun.
Your log cabin table runner is beautiful. The log cabins blocks look so precise. You beat me on WIPS. :) I hope you received my address in your email.
