I have them in gummy form and it has them all together so it really reduces the price..but you may want to take some iron too since the gummies normally don't have iron included! I take Tati's halo beauty while pregnant and now breastfeeding. I did take it to my doctor's before I fell pregnant and he looked at all the ingredients and said it was fine to take.

Ok I have a routine for you I had the sameproblem. My nails would split all the time my skin did not look good. I ordered liquid biosil off amazon it's just targeted vitamins or something for hair skin and nails and to help bones and cartilage and overall internal health its 20 dollars. I put 10 drops they are small in a cup with a bit of apple juice and just pour it down the hatch. That jas made the biggest difference along with adding 2 prenatal gummies a day because the pills make me sick. Also a shampoo for thinning hair that helped some is the purador at target shampoo. Hope this helps! I also brush my hair prior to getting in the shower and comb conditioner through my hair in the shower. Never blow dry my hair only heat style 2x a week. All of those things combined within 2 month my hair had grown nearly 5 inches! And is so thick and shiny now. I had to give you this comment because I do this myself and thought I was doomed and my hair would never growm

For dry body parts use the target brand body oil with sesame seed comparable to the neutrogena and apply to damp hands. This will help prevent your hands from aging due to all the washing. I had a migraine for 3 days straight I feel you on the headache. Try 2 tylenol and 1 ibuprofen at the same time. Usually works for me. I went to nursing school so it is actually highly suggested to get rid of a bad headache
Madison, I find that "CLEAN" Makeup Foundations often TRANSFER. I feel bad when I have hugged someone with a white shirt, and MY Foundation has transferred to their clothes! Please weigh in, if you can....
