I have used it fresh. When pruning rose bush and hibiscus, we apply it like a small cap onto the exposed cut. The new shoots sprout quicker and the plant becomes much healthier overall. Youw I'll get wonderful results. But since it's only a small amount I guess it doesn't hurt/burn the plant.

Alas after an hour walk in parks, on sidewalks, and along the water I had to concede that there are no cows wondering about in Vancouver Canada. Beneficial fungi I guess and I applied it as top dressing and now my eggplants are happily producing fruit and other plants have much thicker stems and greener leaves. I have found that pomegranate peels and bitter gourd scrapings have the same effect." You may try this method.

This isn't true, cow dung retains salts easily, it's not a good fertilizer, like some would assume. E.Coli is also a concern, especially if you're growing vegetables. The person that made this video clearly has no farming experience. Compost and Worm castings are a superior alternative.
Do not use cow manure. You will absolutely develop high salinity issues if growing indoors or in containers.

The most problem is will tell to use this manure n tat manure n all available.
But never explain clearly how often to use. They say soak dried cow dung n use water for plants. How often. How long this soaked cow dung are active etc.
How often shud add new cow manure to plants.
None of these are explained clearly. Always abrupt by all posters.
E.g. to spray aspirin wTer on plants n wTering 20 days once. Ok but then every 2/3 days or daily if hot season need to water plants. So during this gap by next 20 days the aspirin fertilizers wud hv be3drained off. How.
Alwa3explain clearly step by step instead by saying add this n tat fertiliser
