All of the small towns have that same homey feel up in the northeast. There's really nothing like that down south. Just abandoned bars and tattoo parlors.

A lot of these beach towns are very quaint and homey, but very expensive. The towns don't allow abandoned structures. They will fine the hell out of property owners until its fixed or demolished..
