Suits delves into the fast-paced, high-stakes world of a top Manhattan corporate law firm where hotshot associate Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht, “Love & Other Drugs”) makes a risky move by hiring Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams, “Old School”) a brilliant but unmotivated college dropout, as his associate. As he becomes enmeshed in this unfamiliar world, Mike relies heavily on the firm’s best paralegal Rachel (Megan Markle, “Horrible Bosses”) and Harvey's no-nonsense assistant Donna (Sarah Rafferty, “Brothers & Sisters”) to help him serve justice. With a photographic memory and the street smarts of a hustler, Mike proves to be a legal prodigy despite the absence of bonafide legal credentials.

another damm clip where donna unnecessarily made life 10x harder for Harvey
Exactly and we're supposed to believe that he has this epiphany that he's in love with her. Bull. Bad writing 101.
Donna’s an absolute idiot.
Donna told him that he was being childish, but admitted to hiding info from him to see a reaction. When you make someone with no legal experience important to your law firm
She was being sarcastic.....duh.
Uh she did exactly what the comment stated
When she became COO she went from one of a kind secretary to an absolute thorne in the side and all the power went straight to her head 😂
I’m a HUGE fan of SUITS and watched it from the very beginning in 2011. Over the years Donna went from a great character to somewhat annoying. Season 1 Donna was the best.
And this is why you never make a legal secretary a COO
with no experience and education too.
These lawyers are also the worst imaginable. Literally every episode would get you disbarred, haha.
And this is why it’s a great show, entertaining even if, and no matter how far fetched.
Said COO saved the firm from an all-out war against their own landlord lol
@@DododidsomethingwrongShe literally had over a decade's worth of experience at the firm and knew exactly how it was ran
When Donna tried to outsmart David without telling Harvey that the firm has 30 days to find a new location. I don’t understand how people can keep things that are extremely important from the people that can fix that problem 😂
She did outsmart Fox and fixed the problem herself, and not to mention helped save the firm millions of dollars with Rachel
Every single chamber scene, back and forth back and forth.
Judge: "That's enough!" with some stern closer 🤣
"I didn't know you can read" "Just looking at the pictures". Punch line to punch line!😂
Those two are always swatting at each other like brother and baby sister, and it’s hilarious yet frustrating
Dona is the Skyler White of suits.
Much hotter tho
Reasonable gal unnecessarily hated by the vast majority of the show's fans? Yeah, does seem like it haha
the only difference is, with each re-watch of BB Skylar becomes more bearable and understandable :D
@@Dashes69 explain
I really liked David Fox. He reminded me a bit of Forstman. Non-lawyers are fun to watch, too.
Donna not telling Harvey he has to work for free is really ridiculous, though. He probably would have said yes if she just told him from the start
"He reminded me a bit of Forstman" - A Charles Forstman with a heart.
Fox was a trash character and Donna was ridiculous getting them involved with him.
Donna knew Harvey too well and knew that if she told him, he would break the deal, start a war that would hurt their company and those workers wouldn't get their money.
If you watch until the end, Harvey thanks Donna for bringing Fox on as a client and Samantha for helping him.
4:20 - 6:00 Honestly, One of my favorite moments of Season 8
plot twist: the mentor decides to retire and close business right after the building sale closes.
😄
You guys should post a video clip of Andrew Malik going after Jessica’s license
4:20 - 6:00 Honestly, One of my favorite moments of Season 8
Donna should never have been anything else but a secretary.
0:11 discomfort
Do the guys ever take off the jacket & loosen the tie?🤨
Donna post season 3 is the most unnecessary and useless character
Not a lawyer but don’t you need a contract for legal service? I guess he also doesn’t read contracts before he signs it? Kinda worrying for a lawyer….
It’s fiction
A verbal contract is legally binding, which is the deal Donna made. Of course, even though it's legally binding, without a paper trail, it's harder to prove than a written contract occured, which is why you are advised to get things in writing. It just makes things so much easier and clearer.
In this case though, it's not really a way to get out of the verbal contract. Both Donna as COO and David Fox agree that they came to an agreement that Harvey as a member of the firm would represent Fox in a pro bono. And Harvey wasn't there to witness it. So there's no one really to argue that the agreement didn't happen unless Donna or David are willing to lie under oath. He could argue he doesn't have to do it as part of his job and that he did not make the verbal agreement himself, I guess. But that would be damaging his relationship with Donna since he let her make a deal under her terms with David. And it would also make Fox more of an enemy. A lot of hassle just to get out of it.
A verbal contract is legally binding and on top of that as Donna mentioned 6 times she was given the power to make a deal on Harvey's behalf , kinda worrying if you are a lawyer which I'm guessing you're not
nobody actually reads any documents in this universe
Hahaha 2:38
Donna is so dislikable
I love you Gabriel♥
Donna can’t handel this kinda situation.
Ive watched 3 times over. I for some reason, have never seen this clip. no recollection.
donna easily ruined the show once she became COO
Harvey was the biggest simp for a woman who made his life so difficult, seriously Donna is terrible
I am listening and I am here to improve my English 😊
How is he acting like a child when you lied and teied to cover it up 😒
All this Donna hate is downright awesome. My people. Lol. 😊
❤❤❤
Donna coo is the downfall of suits..
Donna could have done better in this series sooooo annoying
this is when the show went downhill
