Exactly. Crims grind for weeks to build up supplies to do something crazy. They don't need long times and fines ontop of that.
By the very act of catching them, they get put back weeks of progress in confiscated weapons. But PD can't understand that, cause their weapons come from a one click button in a gui.
@@uniquename6925 Don't get it twisted, PD have their own issues - balancing fines/COL for crims is a balance issue on the dev/server management side.
Just adjust the charges; there's no need to inflate how much money people make to satisfy the desire. Instead, focus on changing the trash charges you're dealing with. Additionally, WL items should generate more RP rather than each group creating their own items, which limits interaction and makes everything feel like a grindfest.
the problem is u can't get hold of anything, like 4 legal armour every 2weeks. 5 guns every 2weeks. this to share between whole gang btw. then people Pikachu face they need cop armour and civ guns
4 legal armor for whole server and cops even take that in the name of "investigation"
7 months and business licenses are just now being issued, I'm not a fucken genius but holy moly damn...
all i got from this was 4.0 devs and admins tried to make the server a grind fest thanks to people like buddha and hydra and they got what they wanted but now people are leaving the server openly talking about how the server is shit and now they wanna bring back what made 3.0 great for content LOL just say u tried something with 4.0 and failed horribly ...
i like ssaab when hes joking around but the guy is actually lost when understanding the state of the server/pd.
Crimes should pay more so that crims don't complain when cops try hard
No cops have been the biggest problem so far in 4.0
You make the server grind for money, it probably takes 3 months to get 1m as a civ but you dont lower fines? If its hard to get 1m when your a crim then fines should be lowered too. Highest level of crime should give 50k to 100k fines, not 300k to 500k fines. That is how simple it needs to be if you lower the economy.
PD needs a rep system and not the devs giving them OP items ❤️

Whitelist’s were fine when the people that had them were around. As soon as they weren’t, it was a problem. I don’t think all gangs and crews should be self sufficient.

there is 3 things they need to do with the server to make it worth playing again
1. take away admin panels from people like moonmoon who are admin/themayor/commissioner etc. they should only be 1 of those and thats it..
2. cut the fines and times by 40% no one but buddha cares about having money be more realistic ... if u want money to be realistic go work a 9 to 5 job irl this is a content server for a reason...
3. fire every1 in the council/PD and make the good cops who do RP over W chasing the ones who lead the PD.. then hold a vote for the council members instead of having crane appoint them (also the mayor should not be able to appoint his own person into the council.. he gets 2 votes + a veto LOL)

@skyarsenallll I hope they do leave, Np is just the same cycle repeating itself and it never ended well... until admins are completely cleaned the mentality won't go away and the toxicity playing in the city will remain

Whitelists facilitate RP. Everything being done through NPCs and timers just makes things an MMO.
But it is pretty black and white the charges time and fines are ridiculous your soft banning people on the server because they shot a few cops
