We may move towards 5 hours work per day so that more people can get employed. We are not a country with less number of employable youths. What is the point in earning more, but no time to spend the earned money? For the better economic growth of a country, people should also have time to spend the money in a meaningful way.

Already pvt Enterprises and pvt.sectors are working 11to 12 hours ,but they get Low perks , but State and central govt. People work Less than 8 hours ,but getting higher perks 6 to 10 times then where is per capita income will increase, it continue unless Equate the salaries of both pvt and government are Equate the salaries by increasing hard work and smartly work , pvt sector is contributing more. It is good to draw attention to the congress manifesto which says unemployed educated youth who are degree or diploma holders will be admitted in companies under Apprentship act.For a year’s period,such companies can observe their performance and absorb those who perform well.To perform well,one should be self motivated ( which is rare )or be made to perform under a task master. The task master will take the responsibility for their performance.I am telling this from my own experience. I get the joy when I see them well employed.

The benefits that the youngsters are experiencing today is due to work done by governments before Modi era. Modi"s era was an era of advertisement of glorification of Modi government and use of all forms of media to spread false information and destructive beliefs for the country.
The youth is under influence of media and hence need to learn to differentiate between real truth and forced fully imposed distorted turth.
