Great album. Guitarist and Flute player sensational. And there’s Renee. 100% . The Tremelo effect of the lead blazing solo on this song was something else. Chris Sonnenberg really plays some wonderful minor notes. Sun 1972 was an underrated album in which Renee’s blues chops and jazz would come out.
I used to hang around occasionally with these dudes as a part time roadie/friend back in the day when they were King Biscuit Blues Band in the Late '60's. Always thought Keith was a bit up himself, but fuck, he could play the flute like a champion!
