Clifton Chenier: Its All Right (1973)

It's my understanding that this was Chenier's last recorded performance, and that at the time he had a machine providing air to his accordion because he wasn't able to pump it anymore. The show goes on!

It was an electric accordion. He had it for several years. He died in 1987. I'm not sure why you have 1973 here.

@@RobertWilley6 yes, that was in August of 1987. He was on dyalisis, so he was very weak and got the electric accordion. I thought it sounded great. On my channel, I have several of his songs. That segment you have comes from a zydeco documentary. It might still be on TH-cam. If I have it, I will add it to my channel. I've been a fan of Clifton Chenier for many years. He never stopped. He died December 12, 1987
