i know you get a black obsideon weapon from doing mediah/valencia so thats big upgrades for your ap. so focusing on Main story is big gear upgrades tbh
Yes sirrrr, sadly the beginning of this series is just gonna be getting through the main storyline, but the Abyssal weapon + other gear given from the story will help a lot!
As i understand this series for bringing back good memories plus some challange but what i suggest is you can find teammates which they are also ironman mode on, i think this will double the joy you have now@@Ahzure_

cant you use cliff weapons? without turning them in for gold bars
Due to my restrictions I can't, when you are rewarded with Cliff's weapons, they're already pre-enhanced at +15 which breaks one of my rules.

I think it already ended, but a couple weeks back there was a special event tab under the Login Rewards, you'd open the pouch and have a 50/50 chance of tiering up or getting a box etc

I cannot no! One of my rules is that I can't use any pre-enhanced items and since you receive Cliff's weapons at +15, it's a no go.

I have been! Unfortunately questing can take a bit of time and can get boring, so to break that up I'll go grind for temporary items to help in my journey

I plan on it! Would be nice to get lucky with some boss gear early on, but since boss gear requires memory fragments to repair, I gotta find a consistent way in acquiring them. But we'll get there!

I'd give it a try! It's definitely a breath of fresh air and really fun with the challenging restrictions, even if you use seasonal I think no central market is a hard enough task

totally fair, I think the game of BDO is already tedious and can be punishing with grinding for hours without guarantee on the item you're seeking. But because I love making content for this game, I felt it would be a fun opportunity to try this task called an "Ironman" and so far I'm really enjoying it.
Not that this is a fair comparison, but how some people get bored with base minecraft so they add mods to make it more challenging / add more layers of depth to the game
