Humare company ke workshop me aisa hi ventillators lage huay hain. Sab apne aap ghumte hain. Koi exhaust fan nhi laga hai. Seedhi si baat hai ki garm hawa upar ki oar jaati hai aur ceiling ki height kaafi jyada hoti hai. Purane jamane ke mahalo me bhi isi tarah ke natural cooling method use hote thhe, bijli ki jarurat hi nhi hoti.

very nice sirjee. Just one suggestion. If you use rubber strips (from tyres or tubes) as sandwich between the metal pattis and use rubber washer on the exhaust fan in between bolts, then there will be much less vibration and no chance of nuts coming loose in future. I have done similar setup on my home for corridor ventilation passively and use havells ventilair with rubber bushes. its super silent

invention is good and looks good. But dont forget, it is an extractor fan only. It cannot supply fresh air. Rainwater will definitely go into the system below. All houses have windows and ceiling fans. So, just put the fans on and open the windows. This way, hot air is extracted and fresh air gets into the property too. I do not see the necessity of this installation. plz think about it.

This is a ventilator which extract hot air from below. This can not create vacuum below, fresh air has to enter the area, which will drop the temperature upto 4 to 5 degrees Celsius. Do not claim unknowingly about water coming inside as we have installed thousands of ventilators through out India and any industry (not even water bottle filling) would like water from outside. You can personally visit the industries near you for physical verification. By the way I have no relation with the person uploading this video but I deal in this product.

Exactly i didn't see what is the benefit of installation of this ventilator. Exhaust fan is enough to extract hot air then why put this ventilator 5000 cost unnecessarily. It seems redundant. In our area never seen it no one using it. It used in Bakery or chimneys. Where the hot air has to remove from the chimney it is not used in house hold.

the 3 " inch patti Strip you used on top is ok but if you had it longer 6" and bend both ends to sandwich the iron bars then the lower electric fan would have been more secure from falling !
the double lock nuts us used at both end of the 10" threaded bar is good. welding the top bars grill with the 3 " inch strap would be double secure for life.

Ventilation fan fitting galat trike se ki hai. Chote tukde vo bhi single bolt pr fit. Waqt ke sath bolt dhila hua to koi hath se bhi ghuma skta hai jisse nikal jaega. Iski jgah choras bnake lgate to bhi safe tha ni to 2 badi patiyal end to end lga skte hai.
