I get that with a Import Player CD-R disc for PS1. Every time it is booted there's no PS logo. Notable variations are an 9in1 Gameshark disc that has an radioactive sign (search up PSX Hacker Kit on Google Images) and an Gameshark Lite disc that uses an electric hazard sign.
