I love this song! It's a song written about a woman who is a prostitute who fell in love with a client of theirs. They haven't seen each other for a long time so when they finally connect again the woman is expecting to hear "I missed you", but instead the client says "You were my worst mistake" and calls her a whore. The woman is heartbroken and reflects. The woman tells the client "I may be a whore, but you're worse" because she gave so much to them and got so little love in return. She reflects on how there is always good in the bad and bad in the good. And some people let this stop them from enjoying the good, but she believes even in the bad there is good we can gain. All mistakes can be learned from. A relationship with downs can still have ups. And you can still experience love in a situation that causes heartbreak.
