My center build this year is CRAZY and I’m not even that good at the game. It’s a triple double machine and I’m having so much fun this year. Came to this video to try to get even better
I think the biggest thing is, go higher on offensive rebound then defensive rebound. Defensive rebounding is easier on like 78 rebounding then 78 offensive rebounding
@@jefferybeckham9053 depends on what center you are. Like if you staying in the corner. You not really grabbing offensive boards. Now if you clog the paint on offense then yes.
First game as a centre, used the NBA build for Chet Holmgren. I had 19 points and three 3-pointers on pro difficulty. Game seems more approachable this year. I may recreate and go for more speed though. Which NBA player build should I use? I like the premade builds for simplicity. Also, is center the easiest position for a beginner? I’ve been a center since 2K18 always basically the same build some sort of big playmaker that can also defend. This year it’s called playmaking defensive anchor, 7 feet with 70 speed I almost exclusively play rec the only time I really play park is with my teammate. And I forgot about holding triangle to delay a jump, that is my biggest weakness jumping too early and biting on pumpfakes. Thanks for reminding me bro, and in return I subscribe to you

Appreciate the tips big bro, question i have a big inside and most of my important badges are gold or HOF do you think legend badges are a big jump from HOF because getting cap breakers to me is to much of a grind. 6'11 center ( DEFENSE ANCHOR ) is my title.
@@ry-daprophet.b1461 i think the difference won’t be too heavy. It is balanced. They need to work on defense a little more now but if they match the defense with the offense it’s the perfect game. I believe the word would be more skill based
I have a lot of questions I’m on a 7’0 big with a 66 speed and smaller bigs are running past me with ease how can I play defense better on smaller players do I need to hold both triggers on defense or just hold guard? How do u position yourself better for screens?
For guarding faster players and keeping up you’re better off jogging around at the right times without holding sprint and/or defensive assist. And for screens it’s kind of hard to explain, ya just got to master movement of your player with this game’s mechanics
It seems like some players with centers know a trick on where to stand in the paint to practically guarantee an offensive board. Like their 96 offensive rebound will somehow overpower my 96 defensive rebound. I don't get it. But that tip on holding the rebound button down......I'm gonna' try that.

The big question for me so far is, 84 or 92 close shot for a rec center( I’m usually the second scoring option on my teams)
I’d say only go 92 if you really feel like it’s needed for you to make em
84 with high standing 92 if low standing
84 if you not the primary scorer and have the ability to hit 3's. If you the primary scorer and have good offensive rebound, go 92

99
