I think a lot of people can relate to this one in some fashion. The worst is when my mind is racing. For a while I would have to journal in the middle of the night just to get everything out of my head … a data download so to speak. But it’s gotten better and I can finally sleep without white noise.

I swear Iv watched you react to this before but hey I won’t complain at rewatching/listening to Ren! 😂 I have horrific insomnia. It’s currently 2.38am Thursday morning and I have had 6.5 hours of sleep since Saturday day time. On a good day it takes about 20 pills and a certain routine to fall asleep, staying asleep is a different matter entirely. I have to have rain playing and music at the same time. Either Sleep Token (ironically) or Ren/TBP etc. It drives me mad. But it’s been this way about 25 years now progressively getting worse. So I’m used to it I guess. 🖤
I'm watching this 3.37am..have work in morning.. Or in a few hours.. Cleaned my kitchen good 😏 I'd say I'm lucky to get 4hrs sleep in a day.. This has been my life since a child.. Quite a few years.. When I do have a cheeky nap I'm always woken as its always stupid times.. 🙄 I hope I have a nice sleep when I dead 👍 not quite yet though 😉
