I’m not overly maternal either Jo. I remember standing at the school gates on my kids’ first day in primary one. Most of the mums were in tears armed with their video recorders. I thought “what is wrong with you people! “ as I smiled and waved the kids off. I did take photos at our front door of them in their smart uniforms though as a keepsake of the day. I suppose I’m more ‘dogternal’ 🐶. Another lovely video Jo ❤
Oh when my children started school I stood by the school gates in case they ran out again. Two of mine were only just four when they started and in those days all doors gates were left open…certainly not now though.

Hi Jo loved your vlog !! Such a coincidence about Climping as me and my husband stayed at Bailiffscourt Hotelthe other week! The weather was really warm so we used the outdoor pool and did quite a bit of sunbathing!, Had a walk by the sea as well xx

I didn’t cry when my son went off to school but I wailed when he left for college! He’s 34 now.

I try to think of ‘boisterous’ children as my future GP, dentist, nurse, shop assistant etc etc when I’m in my dotage, it helps a bit 😂
