I've been collecting Star Wars stuff since I was 1 year old (born in '76 w/ brother 8 years older). My brother and I had almost all the action figures, both 12" and 3 3/4". We were not rough with our action figures (including GI Joes & Transformers). We mostly recreated scenes from the film or acted out our own storylines. Unfortunately, we did open all of our toys so any that remain are no longer "Mint-In-Box". :( I stopped collecting the action figures for the most part as an adult, but I did get my hands on the Special Edition Luke Skywalker that was given out to the first 100 or so people at the premiere of the rerelease of ROTJ in '97. We also collected the original Star Wars cards. I have continued to collect Star Wars cards and especially enjoy recent chromium sets, such as Star Wars Chrome and Chrome Galaxy (just released today!). Over the years, I have picked up several different SW collectibles, including a fair amount of Funko Pops. Fun & Amazing Fact: George Lucas only took a salary of $150k for Ep. 4 in exchange for rights to all future sequels and rights to all merchandising!!! What a genius move by a true visionary!!! May the Force Be With You.
