I get the impression Kiwi is teaching humans. Starting with how to use birdphone and say "prrrrt prrrrt" like a cute baby bird.
While his cage stand was being constructed, Kiwi was playing peekaboo from behind his cuttlebone! What a little cutie!
Parakeets are simply precious.

He is good at mimicking both of our voices!! Anyway, yes we do have 3 vision cages. We started off with a smaller one and then graduated to a bigger one - and a bigger one yet when we got Pixel.

I know Kiwi is great! But how about giving sweet little Pixel the same amount of affection, even tho he ain't that great but he still deserves it. Poor guy just sits there watching. He is cute too!!!
He gets lots and lots of attention - just not as interesting on-camera since he doesn't really reply to it!

You’d need to find ones with brackets the correct width to the walls of the stand.

I just measured the width of the plywood on the stand walls and it’s exactly 5/8”. Looks like a match!

What size cage is the one you put the new stand on? Is it the medium or large?
Are those handles on the top?
That’s the Vision L01 cage. The things that look like handles are just rope perches, which you can buy at any pet store.

Structural integrity is nice! The pieces are pretty solid. I'd anchor it to a wall in an earthquake-prone area.
@@KiwiandPixel If the integrity begins to degrade at all, a couple of L-brackets screwed into the underside work wonders on most table and shelf structures~ As for earthquakes, I'm sure Pixel and Kiwi would let you know before it hit!
