Fungiside powder as name kills fungal dieses so no other option but you can apply cinnamon powder instead of it if urgent.. Otherwise buy fungiside powder online or from agro stores
if adenium branches are more then one feet long then prune it right now , & put in shade while it's rain..otherwise FEB to APRIL is perfect for prunning ADENIUM plant
You must watch my videos I explain in detail.. Right now you must repot your adenium, if some root roted cut it & repot again in well drain soil. This is simple solution

+Pranav Goyal don't worry if you have brick piece then crushed it in small pieces & mix it with cocopeat then use it ..the purpose of sand is only proper water drain & air circulation which brick pieces also give .but you must crush it in small pieces

yes ..after if you prune it in hot summer when temp is 35*c & above give water but if you prune in 20 to 30*c give water after 3 to 4 days..
