The puzzle ratings are fairly conservative. Honestly, it’s hard to expect a 1200 Elo player to visualize a strong quite move like Blom's 2.Bxf6 9:24 and calculate its consequences in advance. That said, it's still a great video, and by the way, I personally prefer conservative evaluations over inflated ones.
