( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

I imagine that after the dad’s wife passed away he stopped caring and quit his job, now just casually doing some manual labor on the weekend. It’s a bit sad but I think it’s pretty realistic. Incredible build as always!🥰

This may sound ridiculous, but this has become one of my most favourite Sims builds! I just love realistic, gritty, imperfect builds like this, because there are so many homes like this in real life! I feel such a connection to this old place. My family and I and many people I know didn't always live in the Western suburbs, so thank you so much for this!
i love houses like these, they're so realistic and they're so different to play in. I always love filthy type of homes in the Sims!

I really love this. To be honest this is a very realistic depiction of how the houses look where i live, the cracks, the dinge, old cars, but yet still warm and somehow comforting. Its nice to see!!
I looove “trashy” houses, and fits really well with that world!! If you could even make the environment industrial (I think is called) I’d be soo cool 😎

I love how you decorate homes with a lot of personality, and they’re super lived in. Granted other sims 4 builders like you build great as well, but they don’t decorate a lot like you do.
You should do a hoarders challenge where you could make a super cluttered messy house or use this one and make it over to be nice!

Fam I hoard cuz of consumer culture. I dumped so much this quarantine. Its not always mental health related 😭 my house is just cramped and I dont get rid of things before I buy em. tv shows just show ppl in really really bad situations to the point where they hoard POOP and cant sleep in their beds or use the shower or oven. I doubt this commenter was referring to the extremes of hoarding. More like... excessive clutter. Please correct me if I'm wrong

Storyline for a house:
A workoholic who raises their nephew. They are living in a really nice house (i don't know if this fits into evergreen harward) but the aunt just doesn't take time for the nephew.
I'm rooting for you guys on Spark'd!! Also, in regards to your question, I think it'd be cool if you do 2 versions of Evergreen Harbor... 1 like how it looks when you first play in it and the 2nd would be when the town goes green! It would be so cool but obviously you don't have to! Love you 💕

Omg I LOVE THIS and I'd love to see some more trashed houses/apartments. I think this house is perfect for Max Villareal (who's a young adult criminal now) and his son who is the opposite of Sid but would still fit in that bedroom 🤣 I imagine it would be a LOT of work but maybe you could release 2 versions of evergreen harbor, a trashy one and then the refurbished version?
this is so random to comment on this video but, i recently was recommended your videos again and you’ve helped me so much. i struggle with severe anxiety, a large possible threat of OCD (familial, process of trying to get help for it because the likelihood is very possible), and lately i’ve been having so much trouble sleeping because i’ll often panic and cry for no given reason. i’m not sure why it’s been happening but watching your videos before bed has helped me a ton to relax, and focus on something other than my thoughts.

Can you build an apartment for a single dad who lives with his daughter? I was thinking that the dad's mom also lives with them and the daughter is really into sports and she and the grandma are really good friends. I was thinking that it will be really cool. I know this is my third comment but I have a build suggestion: A small little house that a single dad lives in with his twin toddlers. The mom maybe left them suddenly so he doesn't have much money but he tries for his toddlers.

I enjoy builds like this because I grew up in neighborhoods like this some houses had nice yards but majority of them were old & unkempt. My family even had an old broken down firebird parked in the front yard lol this build is real I like it.

I lived in a house just like this for a year in St. Louis. Pizza boxes and yard mattress and all. I really like the dirty, run down definitely-lower-class builds. They're gross, and they feel like home to me.

depending on whether you keep the community spaces as they are or not, i’d love to see an old diner like the two whales diner from life is strange in this neighbourhood! i personally don’t find the community spaces to be all that useful, so i usually replace them with other community lots.

i would love to see an extremely trashy house! it would be great for a fixer upper gameplay or just renovating it in build mode
can you do a series where you build with only base gamre and one pack? i and probably a lot of simmers have only one or a couple of packs and when players do base game houses its fun but i for example always redecorate to use packs that i have and if players build with all packs i cant download or have to redo the builds as well. itd be great to see something like that from you!!
I really love the starter homes in your save, but could you maybe add one or two starter homes or unfurnished homes that are larger? I love large family homes but sometimes floorplanning them can be hard so ones that you’ve designed and left unfurnished apart from bathrooms, kitchen, etc would be so amazing! ❤️

Yarny is the protagonist from EA's Unravel. It's a very cute platformer type game with an excellent soundtrack. I played it in 2018 after my wisdom tooth extraction. :)
