On korean embassy's website (Documents Required Section) there is nothing mentioned about personal statement, Is it still needed in 2024?

My D2 visa (RAship) has been rejected saying "Your purpose of entry has not been explained in detail." Please let me know how to re-apply in case of rejection. which document will serve the purpose of entry?
These days embassy is strict in issuing visa and this is not a specific reason for you (they use same general reason for all rejections). Now there are 2 options
1. If you didn't collect documents back, write one appeal application and submit that plz consider my documents again and if possible attach one letter from korean professor in korean that this student is coming for this degree on fully funded scholarship, give him visa.
2. If you already collected your documents you cannot apply visa again before 3 months

For MS, only BS is needed to apostille...no need for matric and fsc even from board and IBCC

In korea, degrees are research+coursework.....if you want to apply for PhD you have to do research and study coursework also....

@@erumm8328 you need to apply for PhD if you have completed 18 years of education but if 16 years of education then for MS, that research program is for post-doc (after PhD)

AOA Brother, I have important queries which are making me confuse. First is attestation of FRC from foreign office. Secondly, I need to ask regarding the documents sending to Korea (by post) after university acceptance. I have Apostile of the original documents of my degree and transcript for bachelor as i am applying for master. Now, if i send uni my original documents, will they return it back to me for visa application ?because at the time of visa filing my original documents will be required at the Korean embassy. Tell me the solution in detail for this as university will not accept the notarised or apostiled copies for final scrutiny at university (mentioned on uni site as well).
Attest photocopies from HEC and then apostille photocopy and send...you will not get original documents back......apostille FRC also

@@umairbinaamir3635 still I have no option because gks needs photocopy with original stamp or original with original stamp.....I heard some people apostille photocopies having HEC stamps (they took very good photocopy of original on high quality page and attest it from HEC, present it as original and get stamps from MOFA)......but as courier service starts new, I can't say much
