As far as wines go, you should look into Ste. Chapelle out of Caldwell, ID. They do all sorts of styles but look into their Soft White and Soft Red wines. They are closer to a dessert wine but both, in my opinion, are wonderful! They also have an Ice Wine that all you dare having is a Cordial glass as it's that sweet. This is not Pope John XXIII as he was pope from 1958-1963 and was known for calling the Vatican II council. This pope you're talking about was Pope John XXII.
