- Review of the gundam base exclusive Core Gundam Low Visibility Set. Comes with a set of Core gundam 1, Core gundam 2 and Alus Core Gundam in different colors. A lot of left over parts due to the original nature of the kits including parts for certain armor areas and some repeated parts for each core gundams. The black looks really good on the core gundam 2 with its clear green part and Alus in white would look really great with the fake nu armor. This is a good set for those who want to have multiple core gundam units and also gives a nice motive to get the rest of the armors that are sold separately.

Also knowing how some people LOVE to point out mistakes, yes I forgot to apply the front skirts on the earthree gundam.
The white Alus Core Gundam would probably look really good with the Fake Nu Gundam set. Black Core Gundam might be interesting with the Jupitive Armor. It would look like an inverted Gundam. Black Core Gundam II with Saturnix armor would make for a spooky Halloween Gundam.
One thing I wished was done for the review if it was possible was to try the core in other armors as well or at least the armors the core would need to go into like the black core going into Mercuone and the Alus going in Fake Nu. Also, would have been cool to have seen the white parts on the Alus Earthree armor for a more Earthree like appearance.
the clear armor you can make mostly, just missing some shoulder options and the big feet. I was thinking of making the jupitive armor in clear parts instead of white.

Im totally gonna get this set just for the orange beam sabers... the core gundam and core gundam 2 are a nice bonus for me.
I actually made a custom of the arche armour and really want an actual kit of it as well just to put with my custom like I did when they released the scramble gundam and I had my custom zeta destiny combo build sitting in my display case

In the white Alus plate, it's possible to make a Alus earthree white and blue.
The black core Gundam (one or two) fit correctly with the Aun rize Armor or the golden uraven armor.
They all fit all the armours. No issues. Designed to fit across the board.
didnt even know this set existed. now i have something to hunt down.
i love the original core and alus core gundams. core gundam 2 not so much cause of sheild and mine just wont hold together at the ball joint waist.
plus those clear parts could be useful since i think the anima core gundam comes with more clear parts as well if i remember right
These are just asking to be customized, especially with those blue and orange beams
Also the pile of random black joints are technically for the Earthree armor but can be used with any of the original Planet armors

I'd like to know about the stability of the kits: the original core (earthree gundam) was solid as a rock, while the core II(Uraven Gundam) was loose and floppy.
Also, how is the quality of the connection on the core gundam II's shield? The original one had an awful connection and barely holds on while the singular releases(G-3 and Titans color versions) are much better.

Joints are all solid. I need to recheck with core gundam ii but it did feel a bit more stable
Also uraven armors were loose in general especially the shoulders in general

And I apologize; yes the shoulders for the season 2 armors do appear far looser.

Is it just the one clear runner from earthree? Think it's the same as the one with anima rise. In which case it will be missing the white parts needed to attach the ankles. Also the white shoulder pieces but they aren't necessary to use the shoulders.
Not owning anima rise i cant confirm. But some people have mentioned the same info to me
The black leftover parts on the "C" plates could possibly help make the full clear armour minus the feet
Actually, you would still need some other parts to even make an armor like the parts to hold feet joints and shoulder extensions.
What he meant to say is that you need the white parts around the ankle and shoulders.
I actually spent tons of money on this. I know sale price is $36-$40 but really wanted this kit and I rarely see Gundam Base kits for less then $100 on amazon.

Those things are bad af. I'm not sure if i would buy them myself, but if someone wanted to get it for me, i wouldn't refuse. Only eeason i wouldn't buy them myself is because i'm more interested in master grades.
