As a Cubs fan & a baseball fan in general, I enjoy watching these teams play. Rangers-Astros has become a real rivalry especially since the Rangers beat the Astros last year for the American League Championship. It is not the Yankees - Red Sox rivalry but it’s well on its way. Great baseball!

@@anthonyblack2298 They drafted Jack Leiter with the 2nd over all pick. He has been a complete bust. He has a 5.00 era which is mostly minor leagues. He got rocked in the bigs when they brought him up. Then there is the big question mark with Degrom.

@@NateClay You clearly don't watch baseball. The league average era is 4.05. In fact, a quality start is 3 runs in six innings which amounts to 4.5 runs per nine innings. So, to be 3-10 on any team, much less a team that has a lineup that won the WS is actually crazy. Look at MLB stats and look at how many pitchers have winning records with a similar era.

Astros players get hit by pitches all the time. A few days ago Altuve and Yordan got hit same game and had to leave the game.

I just noticed this is the only sport where you can hit a player with a baseball on purpose thats not an assault. Yes pitchers can get kicked out the game but that is a very dangerous thing that the league allows, my concern is for the players safety. I know its part of the game but at what cost???

Did you see the fan reactions after the Astros won the 2017 World Series after Hurricane Harvey? Some people had lost a lot of things, but they were happy that the Astros had won it. It gave them some solace following a crisis.
