I also love using the Vicks vaporiser it's a vaporiser that you fill with water and special Vicks drops. We leave it in my daughter's room over night when she sleeps and she wakes up so much better!!!

That is a cool invention. I used to use the nasal aspirator (the bulb thing). But I was able to clean it. They do have saline spray for infants you can use (the non-medicated kind).

saline drops are a MUST with the nose frida!!! we love ours! also, try and mixture of eucalyptus oil and coconut oil on her chest, the bottoms of her feet, and her temples.

My nephew has really bad congestion and we have used the Graco NasalClear Nasal Aspirator. The whole sucking idea and inhaling the mucus just sounds gnarly. Power to ya Katie. :)
LOL Ewww - you don't inhale the mucus!! 😝🙈 It stays in the tube & there's a filter. Believe me, I would not be doing it if snot came near my mouth. Haha!
Try holding her over the sink and using a saline spray to basically do a nasal rinse. So that it goes in one side and out the other on both sides. It really helps and if you do she may cough or gag but that's okay( we did it with my niece when she was little to help her breath while sick)

my boy went through this a few days ago and it turned in to a little cough but the doc said it was just allergies! i would put vicks on he's chest an back and it would help with breathing baby vicks
Those things are the best they actually look like what we use in the hospital to suction the snot out. The only difference is one side is hooked to suction the other goes to the nose with a small vile in between. It also has a smaller tube to put in the nose as it goes deeper down in the nose.
We recently purchased a nose Frieda for my little guy (he's 3 weeks old) haven't had to use it yet but I must admit I'm a little nervous about the snot even though everyone says it's safe!
Cut a onion in slices and stick it in the room! It will help them breath so well! The room will spell like onion but it really works! That's what people do here in Germany. Once you take onion out and open a window the smell is gone.

we use an essential oil diffuser that we diffuse peppermint oil in. Works so well for my 9 MO old. You can also mix with coconut oil and rub on chest
