40 🔥 The list I agree with for the most part heck yeah! One change I would have made would be the Shadow Clone Ninja Tool SLIGHTLY higher due to it also removing negative status effects such as Chakra Scalpel. Hate how the description doesn't mention that.

I don’t like how ninja tools with such a big impact is his behind a gotcha system the balance of this game dumb . All ninja tools should be free and available and they should be dropping levels , missions and different modes before continuing your drop single character jutsu and dlc this game is absolutely a scam you don’t know until you see a new dlc every month or two of a new character and your being charged for a dam near 10 year old game with no innovation
