Mike, I’ve learned so much from your videos. I’ve only been doing this for a year, I do as side hustle, I’m so booked up now as it is. I only use 4GPM Hotsy, but she gets the Job done!
The route density is what it is all about good stuff Fresh Rinse 🙏🤙. Im a lawn maintenance guy but we may also work in the rain all dependent of how much rain we get & how backed up you are on the route.
No kidding! The rescheduling is the nightmare especially when the schedule is full. When customers contact me to reschedule because it's going to rain I tell them that it doesn't impact the wash and it gives me a heat reprieve so I would much rather wash in the rain. That alleviates their stress and I play on their sympathies..... hopefully
One of my criteria is unblocking stormwater lines. People have a tendency to wait until there property floods to service their drains. Unfortunately most of the work load on jetting pipe works is in the rain.
Yes we work in the rain but we also do water repellent sealer at a lot of projects and that messes up scheduling. Yes, we clean Clean Homes, showed up at one last week couldn’t find why they called in February to make sure we came Mid April 🤷🏻♂️. It looked great when we left and they were happy, again!
I work in the rain unless like you said, it’s an absolute downpour or there’s a chance of me becoming a lightning rod. I have a few customers that get their houses washed every year and they’re spotless but i wash them anyway. Like you said, some folks just like to maintain their home the proper way.
You are a king! I got caught in a bad storm didn’t finish in time.. got house and flat work done but torrential downpour at end finishing up. If it starts raining do you still post treat concrete? I felt like i should have went back and did another post treat, think it just got rinsed off but not sure? Was raining pretty hard when i was putting it down. RI’m doing a home that was just done in November but having windows replaced. Felt awkward quoting. She doesn’t want pollen for window people…figure it’s clean but gonna wash the heck out of it! Awesome content sir!🍻💪👍
@@TheFreshRinse I started using shooter tip to rinse soffits gutters after watching your vids. Ty sir! Was only using for distance before but knocks it off a little easier than using M5👍
Yo Fresh, we got totally drenched today up in NH during a big house wash. Cold azz 🥶 rain, it’s not fun but we do gotta what we gotta do for that paypah 😅
Work in the rain all the time. I almost prefer it. Keeps plants wet. Windows stay wet longer so I can soap further. Not good for roof treatments but otherwise I see it as a positive.
Brother mike, does your scheduling app have a feature that will 'push' every job forward , if you have an unexpected issue arise? Maybe a sickness or tornado day pops up 🤷🏻♂️
what is everyones favorite rain gear?? I use Grundens Men’s Neptune Commercial but not happy with it lately, maybe its just worn out, but I am getting soaked ha

All that outdoor furniture, barbecues, etc in your work area and not moving it, I’d be concerned that SH would discolor it. Your the expert, have you ever ruined a client’s furniture with SH?

I have never really worried about it. It’s almost a non-conversation in our industry
I’ve got a question Mike, on the deck do like normal, hit with SH Let dwell, also do same with trex decking?
Yes, but the Trex deck required a mich more potent solution. 3%
