Hi Sincerely Michelle, great content you got there. I think all this channel needs is a little push to get things moving. I can help with that. My info is on this very channel I'm using to comment.
@sincerelymichelle26 welcome to Ghana and we wish you all the best in all you endeavours in Ghana. Please don't be shy to take us with you through your camera lenses in all your activities or journey you wish to share and we will also be your support from here to hint you on things. Welcome and hope you enjoying the country, best advice is to try to live like you are settled down in Ghana permanently and not on full holiday mode because the economy can drain a lot from what you intended to do projects with.
@nanabrimpong3485 Thank you so much! I had to learn the hard way. So now I'm trying to live like the locals because it has drained me a bit so far. But it's a learning process, and God is in the mix . I will appreciate all the help and advice I can get. Thank you for your kindness 🙏🏾
@sincerelyMichelle26 always a pleasure, found you via @kinzababe1 channel. It happens as its your first time and also in the festive season with lots going on. But its all good.
@sincerelyMichelle26 I was watching your video with your ram ploughing the land for you, I saw saw some armed guys there, were they caretakers or what we call land guards? They usually come around building sites to get some money but you need to do a due diligence on that land to see it there isn't any conflicts over it because that can cost you a lot too. Usually when you site them around its best to find out who's side they working for before offering them anything and try to deal with them with a trusted person. Because some could be fake and just come and extort you for digging fee which is unofficial but more of a tip to those land guards in charge of the area you are building. They usually work for the land owners as to prevent people from encroachment.
@sincerelyMichelle26 ok. I hope you kept most of the fruit trees on the land. Usually they also try to negotiate with those farming on the land to harvest and not replant if the land construction is about to start before clearing so the the food crops don't get destroyed wasted. Sometimes for certain plants the farmers must be compensated also. But its all good
Congratulations on your new spirit-led walk. Continue to let Him order your steps. ❤️🙏🏿

@nanabrimpong3485 So they were there to prevent anything from happening. So it was the right side of the fence 😁. So were the land guards👍
