@@ianvandervincken7474 well i absolutely agree with you on that on a social standpoint and even more on a strategical standpoint since Jeff probst said that yul is essentially the UN of survivor
So it’s been 13 years since Yul played Survivor. Yet he’s playing this season like it was only yesterday. I’m just as invested in him as I was back in 2006....maybe even more after this scene. Rooting for this guy to win, he’s got some good things planned.
It's crazy at least over 15 years ago I was watching Yul keep Penner at arms length because Penner chose to mutiny to Raro on Cook Islands. Now I'm seeing Yul and Penner as the closest of friends
It's been 14 years, people grow apart, which is a testament to how strong Yul & Jonathan's friendship is to last this long when they backstabbed each other in survivor (tho in the game it's anything goes)
@@finnlakeandrews934 I was just making a point that he certainly meant he was not well connected (to other Survivor players) in real life. It's a known fact that Yul only kept in touch with a handful of people and lives his personal life away from the limelight as much as possible. Anyways, have a good one!
*SPOILER* . . . . Had the same worry as the editors have often given someone this type of character development just before they go so it hurts more (Ghost Island had so many people becoming prominent when they were about to get voted off). It's promising that they just put a genuine moment in there without that pretense (of course, could be a winner edit which would be amazing).
This guy looks like a genuinly good person
U referring to yul or penner?
@@HeyheyandAwesomedudeutbegaming i'm referring to Yul

Yup top 3 heroes of all time
You can't fake it either, ever since Cook Islands he's been my all time favourite survivor player
Wow! I’ve never seen Yul get emotional like that. It sucks too because Penner is one of my favorite players. Also, Yul is one of my favorite winners.
This clip just reaffirms why Yul is my favorite Survivor winner and player of all time

Watching this video after she passed is honestly so heart-wrenching, I hope Jonathan and his family are doing ok.
@@zeldamaster8084 yeah, it is heart-breaking. I am sure they are still grieving like crazy. :( :(
@@zeldamaster8084 he has yul to lean on, hope that's some comfort
I was rooting for Yul from the beginning because him and Mike Holloway are my favorite winners ever. Because they are such genuinely good people
Same there my favorite winner, they seem so genuine
Mike basically said that all Syrian refugees are terrorists so that’s a no on him. Yul is genuinely an amazing man though.
Yul definitely has a heart of gold. I was really glad he came back and I hope he goes far.
Stacy Beth Title 2/21/64 - 1/11/21 RIP!
She is gone now . At least no more pain . R.I.P Stacy
yul is awesome hes super smart too
RIP Stacey Title
Yul is my fav for a reason
It's crazy at least over 15 years ago I was watching Yul keep Penner at arms length because Penner chose to mutiny to Raro on Cook Islands. Now I'm seeing Yul and Penner as the closest of friends
It's even more sad because Yul is usually so strong and to see him get emotional like this is just devistating.
Up till this day, he remains one of my favourite winners, cook islands was an amazing season which i still watch up till this day!
I really hope he wins survivor
This was the only time I cried watching survivor
RIP Stacy Title
if yul ever wins another survivor then it was for stacy
I was under the impression Yul was also close to Brad Virata (who introduced him to his wife Sophie Tan), Becky Lee and Sundra.
It's been 14 years, people grow apart, which is a testament to how strong Yul & Jonathan's friendship is to last this long when they backstabbed each other in survivor (tho in the game it's anything goes)
He fear that everyone was super connected. But he has the chance to be "super connected" with Parv but betrayed her the second time.
I'm 100% sure he meant outside of the game, in the "real World".
When did he betray her in real life?
@@GiovanaSimmer ask him when. Only Yul can answer your question

We both made out point and now we can get on with our lives! :D

Knight L how do you know
Such a crazy tribe swap. Nick, Yul, Sophie and Wendell has the power but because of the swap! Dang!
R-O-B is a really weird way of spelling "Yul" don't you think?
