    Hi love , I couldn’t get the step 13 and 14 , could you please slow down your movement a little bit ? Thanks. I love your videos.

      Thanks for the feedback Lidi. I will definitely try my best to be slower. But i have to say 13 and 14 took me a long time to understand the movement too. It's a weird concept for the body to imagine the supportive fabric on the back to be lifted and gone, but I got it after watching my teacher doing it and trying it for a few times. I know you will too! If you have any specific question, let me know so i can see if i can help !

      It happens to me too! It takes some time to find the angle to balance. Do you have a video to share? You can send it to me on Instagram DM .

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not tall at all. about 2.7m. its challenging but trying to work with what I have is also a good practice.

    For some reason, when I try to get to mermaid pose, it won’t wind around my body. Instead, I end up falling to the ground with my left leg wrapped up.

    • @aerialpractice
      @aerialpractice  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's strange. Do you tense up your body and keep your toes pointed down while grabbing high up? Feel free to send me a video on IG!

      Have to watch out for your own body! best to practice with an instructor if it's too much to manage.
