DSS&A LS&I Marquette

This is an upgrade of some old film taken on the Marquette Iron Range and the Marquette, MI area in the late 1950's I purchased on DVD about 20 years ago. The film was silent with narration and was very dark. I enhanced the brightness/color and added appropriate steam, Alco, Baldwin and Budd RDC sounds. I also added some photo slideshows out of my slide/print collection in between clips to more fully depict the facilities and activities in this area. There are too many different sources to give full credit and in some cases they are unknown, so if anyone has a specific objection please let me know. Virtually every rail line and facility seen in this video is now gone, with the exception of the LS&I Ore Dock. The line relocation in the 1960's in the Ishpeming-Negaunee area eliminated the separate LS&I/DSS&A and CNW rights of way shown, and WC's abandonment of the former DSS&A from Diamond Jct. to Munising Jct. and the LS&I's earlier abandonment from Marquette to Munising Jct. eliminated the rest.
