You're asking for way too much, even with just an English title. You need to think about what this guy has to do to even make an English title. He needs to know the words and grammar to put a decent title for viewers, but then how does he implement it? Does it put the Japanese title first and then the English title? This video's title alone is already long for just Japanese, putting English afterwards is just a mess. Putting an English title only is weird because since he's a JP player, of course he'd put Japanese because that's his main audience, his intended audience. Doing that for a small minority of English viewers is too much effort for too little gain. Or think of this in the reverse: if a guy asked you to put your videos into Japanese, even just a title, would you be able to do it well? Do you know the kanji, hiragana, katakana, and grammar to effectively tell the JP viewers what the video is about at a glance? How would you put implement the title so that your normal English viewers can understand it while also giving a small minority of JP viewers the same benefit? You're gonna have to make do with Google Translate and just watching the video to see what occurred and thinking about why he did what he did.
