ISCTE, doesn't have 10 installment plan for student ( according to those who applied last year). I think, you would be asked to pay like one-third of the tuition before any document would be given to you. Algarve can be paid 10times and the school have more English courses

It depends on how many pple that applied to that department. Usually, most pple don't apply during the first phase, so they tend to take more during the first phase. Also, your work experience, CV and motivation can speak volumes for you because each of them are graded

It's not a must you speak Portuguese, if you are a masters student. If you are an undergraduate, you must have certificate that shows you pass at least B2 in Portuguese. Most schools would want you to make part payment b4 they can give you documents to present at the embassy

It's not a must you speak Portuguese, if you are a masters student. If you are an undergraduate, you must have certificate that shows you pass at least B2 in Portuguese.
