Thank you, that helped me a lot. The only thing now is that I don’t have bluetooth recognition on start-up for my Mac OS. Have you any suggestions for that, please.
Refind can be installed on the whole drive where the Linux root partition is... It's not a bootloader , it is boot manager. You can try SUPERGRUB2DOSK to boot any system
@@TechWorldDeb ok, I searched a few YT videos and sites about refind and also about the grub boot loader, honestly, i found everything so complicated for a normal user that i truly get confused here. I have a usb pen inserted, how can we install refind in that usb pen in order for that pen always boot first with the bootloader? Maybe im asking for something rare. You can try this ( I have not tested it) .. Boot the Linux os from pendrive... Then in terminal type " sudo refind-install /dev/sdb " ( or sdc whatever your pendrive letter is shown in" df " command )

Hi brother i have query if i want to install multiple os on one physical system is it possible? I know dual boot and Virtulization is there but what if I need to install more than 2 os like windows 10 ubuntu, rocky linux and so on how can I install 3-4 os on one physical machine. Can you help me with this query.
Yes you can keep more than 2 OS in same system. You need enough free space to install them and you have to make manual Partitions to install them.. If you have modern UEFI system you can make upto 128 GPT partitions
@@TechWorldDeb hey thanks bro for the reply so you mean to say i need to install all 3 os on different partitions when installing? Also is there any sequence when doing so likes for example windows has to be installed first and then linux or linux first and then windows
@@anand-nb4bb first disable secure boot. Install Windows first. Make a fat32 partition of 500 MB . This will boot your all OS ( select mount point /boot/esp when installing a Linux OS). Then make separate ext4 partitions for each Linux OS you will install. No need to create swap partition. The GRUB of the last installed OS will show a menu for All OS when you boot.

So in theory this should stop the Windows / GRUB bootloaders from fighting over each other and breaking things all the time? Because when I try dual-booting that's typically what happens. I'd been considering air-gapping them completely and just changing the boot order in BIOS.
It is a Boot manager. If the bootloader of an OS is deleted or replaced then this will not able to boot that OS. When you install an OS for dual booting in UEFI , make sure you don't delete or format existing ESP partition.
@@TechWorldDeb Oh, I wouldn't make a mistake like that. But eventually one update or another (Windows or Linux, either really) messes with the bootloaders and suddenly GRUB has no idea where anything is. Even if I had been using the bootloader that comes with Windows until then. It's stopped me from bothering for a few years.

So, you already have to have the Linux distro already installed alongside Windows. Other than being a GUI, I don't see the advantage.
