But it's our culture in Africa especially Nigeria taking a child away from her mother I don't know why .the man self he is at fault how can you use ur brother as next of kin when you have a wife and kids.
You couldn't follow your dying husband to the hospital because your baby 4 months according to you? That means you didn't love him enough. A loving woman will enter the ambulance with her baby
Big question is why the man use is brother as next of kin means the man have negative thought to his wife and the woman claim she have a baby that is why he cannot follow his husband to hospital not a nove excuse
How many of us remember to change our next of kin after marriage. Before marriage, my elder brother was my next of kin. i got married and never went to the bank or PFA. Until after 8 years when i changed job and i had to update some details on my account and other things. if anything had happened to me, people would have said she never love her husband.
