I have always loved Colton and now hearing how strong his faith is, makes me love him even more. I’m so glad God brought them together.
I'm not remotely religious. But seeing two people form a strong relationship over a foundation of mutual beliefs. And seeing how strong and compassionate and positive faith can be is so beautiful.

Your faith is so wonderful to hear about. Especially in this crazy world. That verse is the one I choose for my daughter when I brought her home from China. There is so much negative things on the bachelor shows and it's so great to see your faith is strong. 🙏😁
Colton and Cassie, thank you for talking openly about your faith in Jesus. I watched both Colton's season of the Bachelor and Cassie's show Young Once, and I truly believe that both of you are wonderful examples of how to live your faith. Like what someone else had commented below, "God connects you with that special person in a unique way." There is so much Truth to that! Together, you have such a beautiful love story and both of you are truly blessed to have found each other.

This is an awesome testimony of how God brought these two lovely people together. They are real and its wonderful how it worked out for them. People said she was fake but she just got overwhelmed in the end of the series. God bless them and give them many happy years of marriage. I think that to have Jesus at the centre of ones relationship/marriage is the way it will work and last.

I knew Cassie was a Christian & wondered about Colton. Jesus Calling is one of my life lines. I’m so happy to know how many lives it has blessed
I had wondered that their shared values and morals may have had something to do with his choosing her over all the others. It is great to see them still together today. God does place us with the person He wants us to be with. Christ-centered marriages do last. I have spent 33 years married to my wife and looking back I can see how God had known this even before I did.
I have Jesus Calling. It's wonderful!! I Commend them for speaking up about their faith. Such a power couple and one that ordained by God!! Happy for the both of them!! God bless you both!! I love this!!!!! So now besides Sean and Catherine Lowe, we have Cassie and Colton!!! I pray they marry soon as sexual sin is not acceptable by the Lord. Young people are pressured in this society to have lots of sex with multiple partners. It is very difficult to come out as a Christian in today's world, so more power to them!

"Some are made to marry, and some are not" Society with the combination of family integrated into your relationship can make it or break it. I am glad to see that these two at least believe in Jesus Christ. Any Christian will tell you that to be together is an ongoing battle. There is very little in life (except Jesus is the EASY YOKE), that is truly easy and quite convenient. It is a work in progress always as long as you two are together. I think the key factor is to have a good attitude toward one another when times get tough. I wish you two the best in your journey of being together and listening and following God. :)

I watched your story unfold on TV, and I was praying all the time for you to pick Cassie. Embrace your faith in GOD and your lives will be wonderful. Guys, I am an older woman( but I still love to watch the bachelor!) and I am a foster parent , for 20 years now. I can tell you what I see. Most of the children I get have really young parents. And when I have the opportunity to speak with them about trusting in God to help them thru this ordeal, I find that its not so much they don't believe in God, its that they were not taught about Him. I was lucky to come from a Christian background. My point is; I am not finding non believer's out there, in our younger generation, I am finding people who just never had the example set in front of them. Now, I'm old school in a lot of things but, I would like to say, you don't need to go to church to believe in God, you do need to accept His son as the savior of us all, and you need to tell God you do believe and want Him in your life. From there, get in the habit of praying every day, lots of times! I talk to God like he is right there in the room with me. And, ask Him to guide you each day. I promise, if you are looking for this "thing" we Christians call God, and you do this, He will change your life! When you have a problem that you just cant solve; ask God to solve it for you!

@@jgp1294 NOPE...I completely disagree...and the reason for it is simple...we live in a world today where so many people profess to follow a Christian course and yet do Not lead by example...its plain and simple and quite clear what God's moral principles are...today it seems acceptable for even young ones to engage in premarital sex ...there is no shame anymore. Colton made a huge deal about being a virgin on national television, he opened up the platform for all of the nation to think highly of him for abstaining from sex and so do many...it just seems hypocritical that people who choose to do so are far and few in between who make that decision because of the biblical code set for marriage by God. Today people think they can make their own adjustment rules in opposition to what God approves...God does not change just because people choose what fits them...his laws are firm and unchangeable. He is the originator of the first marriage which he performed Himself. Take up the issue with Him...I merely asked a question which undoubtedly many true Christian followers ask themselves. When a person puts themselves out there on a public platform they place themselves under public scrutiny and along with that come observations and questions. My question is inappropriate but fornication isn't...? It's true what the Bible says..." Woe to those who call evil good and good evil" Isaiah 5:20. Hence the reason why the world is so twisted and there are many unwanted pregnancies, diseases and no respect towards God! My question was simple...wouldnt it be logical that people who promote Christianity lead by example? I don't fall for shaming tactics for asking a question that should give us a reason to reflect and self examination. If you talk the talk then walk the walk. Funny thing is that my question was of a rhetorical nature..I wasn't looking for an answer...who am I.. No doubt each of us have to answer to God and do any of us have the guts to tell God " that's an inappropriate question? I dare say NOT!!!

I have use this book for the last 3 year's. And now. Walk with me Jesus. By Marie Chapman didn't get it till March I was having a ruff day and it jumped off the shelf at Ross in Agusta GA. It was Jesus putting it in my hands at that time. He is everywhere he sees his children and knows there heart and what they need and when thay need it.🙌🙌🙌

They had a HUGE blue three story house but i cant remember the street name...they built it bk in the 70s so it was a big deal back then to have a house that giant...it may not be such a big deal these days...I spent every weekend in Fortville. Ill be honest. When I heard he was a believer I watched his season bc of that but it's really hard to hear him talk about "faith and morals" when that was not what he walked out as the Bachelor. Heavy make out sessions with multiple women is not glorifying to God. I'm not trying to be staunch but at the same time either the Word is what guides your life or it's not. If obedience to the gospel isn't there, there's an issue.

I think when Christ is in you He will guide your life if you look to Him. He was a virgin that was commonly known and although he said it wasn’t because of God, if he grew up in the church I’m sure that had an impact. Just because you’re a believer doesn’t mean you love your life in a way that’s going to appease the idea of what a perfect Christian looks like to each individual person. We are all sinners and not one sin is greater than another in Gods eyes. The point now is that they both found someone that they feel they can put Christ as their foundation and that’s all you can ask for. It’s not our place to judge. It’s more of a platform than any of the others have done
We all sin that doesn’t make it okay, but he loves us even as sinners as long as we ask for forgiveness when we mess up. God will forgive us.
People make mistakes but to put himself in that predicament as bachelor and then deal with the whole process he handled it VERY well. I don't believe that some kisses as a single man was a huge deal and he maybe made a few mistakes, but everyone has a TESTIMONY and that could be part of his, don't rush to judgement remember your testimony because alot of Christians forget theirs and are super harsh to others. And im not saying except sin but don't condemn. God used so many people in the bible that made big mistakes He's wonderous.

What is speech pathology?
Speech language pathologist can work with ages newborn to geriatric on issues with speech (articulation, language, voice, fluency aka "stutter"), swallowing issues, language expression (verbal and writing), language comprehension (auditory and reading) and cognitive issues (memory, problem solving, attention, etc) (from dementia, strokes, head injuries, Parkinsons, etc), social communication issues (like with autism etc) .... Lots of stuff lol. They work in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, inpatient clinics, nursing homes, home care, etc.
This totally gives me hope for my boys and future wives. I pray for them to be have solid roots in Christ and that they and their wives can make epic strides HIS kingdom.

I can't help but be insulted when somebody says that nonbelievers will "hopefully one day realize..." It kind of implies that believers are right and nonbelievers are wrong. I (as a nonbeliever) don't go around saying "gee, I wish all these religious folks would see the truth." How can anybody assume they're right?

I'm sorry that offended you. No one can say what they know is always true as The bible says, "We only know in part", but it's not our truth that we stand on. It's on God's Word and His Son. The bible says, "Jesus is the Way, and the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through me." As believers in Christianity we hold on to His truth; not ours; by our faith. Sometimes we don't always express it well to others, but hopefully we lovingly try. Once again I'm sorry you were offended. We're not perfect, we are not better than others, just forgiven even on our worst day. Please forgive us.
I hope you can read a copy of the Jesus Calling book. It's a classic and helped my sister-in-law when she was battling cancer. It really spoked to her every day. I can mail you a copy if you send me an address 😊
