At one point of time, all my family member had Samsung and all of us had problem with the phone, phone got slower after some months, heating, telecom chip got damaged on of it own, restart randomly...It was mix of mid range and flagship phones. It was horrible experience.

My Samsung Galaxy M31s.. Motherboard has crashed for no reason after 20 months of use. I'm not a heavy user, never installed PubG, or any other heavy game. Been Always careful while using but now for no reason my phone got damaged. Very disappointed.

I m too using samsung mid range phone A52s 5G with snapdragon 778G processor..and only 25W charger but the thing is it is of 32,000 and at this price some phones like chinese even give.. snapdragon 865 or even 870 with 50W- 65W charger at 30,000 that is the problem n also samsung give 865 in S20 Fe at 45k -50k which very high.. still 25 W charger So over pricing , processor and charger if these also become good in samsung then it will become best..brand.. in india rest things are awesome in samsung.

I'm was watching this video on my M30s. And i have to say it is really an amazing phone. 1. It's display is the best part of the phone. 2. It's battery works better than any phone. 3. It's UI was the main reason i bought this phone. And it's really amazing. 4. It's camera is reasonable good. I haven't find any problem in it. And it has some of the features that my brother's one plus 7 pro doesn't have. 5. I know it's blue version doesn't look good but it's other versions like black and white look really fine. And most of the people use back cover, so it's not a big issue. 6. It's cheap enough. It was around 12k when i bought it. 7. For processor, i would say don't know because I'm not a game enthusiast. I use it watching videos and reading books, so i never faced any problem while using it. But i don't think that only one negative can reduce so many POSITIVES.

I always choose Samsung for it has won my trust in terms of camera , quality body material , long-period use, service the most important thing , speakers and battery. I don't play games often so i can't say about it but once i played pubg for days at times, it was good like others mobiles. After seeing condition of my device, all my friends bought Samsung and my parents as well. ( Pro gamers can buy other better devices )
Watching this video on my samsung a7 (2016) & it still works well, purchased 4 yrs ago at 26k with Gorilla glass 4 on front & back with aluminium frame, all these features are not available on samsung a51(2020). Love samsung UI, knox suoport, its display & single camera is still awesome & beat mostly all chinese brand under 20k of 2020 also. I'm agree with u that samsung should provide above mid range snapdragon processor. Planning for s20+ rather than one plus 8 pro.

I have been using this cell phone since a month and i assure you 9611 gives you better optimization even i play pubg it never gets heated i played 3 hrs but was not getting heated also it has game plugin which gives custom setting for game and also if you focus on high fps it gives max fps too it work as game booster

Samsung m21 is very issues .I buy it last 1.4year ago and now this phone is getting freeze and auto restart every time now .I go to service center they say it is motherboard issue. They say they have to change it and it's charges is around 6 to 7k

I have been using this cell phone since a month and i assure you 9611 gives you better optimization even i play pubg it never gets heated i played 3 hrs but was not getting heated also it has game plugin which gives custom setting for game and also if you focus on high fps it gives max fps too it work as game booster

Samsung m21 is very issues .I buy it last 1.4year ago and now this phone is getting freeze and auto restart every time now .I go to service center they say it is motherboard issue. They say they have to change it and it's charges is around 6 to 7k
