Much prefer this excellent technical content than, “Look what he did to me!” Click bait nonsense you see from so many other content creators. Keep up the great work.
Your tip videos are great! I have been able to figure out why I'm losing time thanks to them. A lot of it is seeing how you top guys use the 80-100% range of throttle and brake to get in and out of corners faster. I am all or nothing too often. Now I just have to get better control of my inputs. Thanks for the help!
Wow never knew just using more track gains this much time, thanks for the tip! One advice though for your videos is that the side by side comparison makes the video too small and hard to see, it would be better if you made it more bigger and squeezed it in or showed the telemetry zoomed in like you did with the braking in the downhill section. Thanks! 👍
I always had problem downhill corners, I do same mistake trail braking. I will try not to do next time. Thanks for tips mate. What about uphill corners, should we trail brake or not?
Depends on the car, usually yes but not as much. The goal is to get the car to turn, and while going uphill while trail braking, that can be difficult.
You would do me a big favor if you gave me a setting for the 8nm fanatec and csl load cell pedal settings because I have been with the fanatec for a while and I think I am slower than with the tgt2
Okay so i have an advanced question- what if i seem like im following the exact same lines, braking points, but losing momentum anyways? 🤔 i’m .8 off the wr most tracks if i use meta and it seems to be a mathematical equation that the driving style is limiting my improvement rather than track limits. I have a feeling throttle and steering input are my main weaknesses which would eliminate braking for the most part as well as track limits. i’m .7 off your lap on panorama. Thanks Digit.
Most likely staying too long on the brakes and losing speed in the corners. There are many things that can go wrong on your level, which is already very high. I think you would need to install motec to exactly see where are you losing most of time.

I appreciate that!

Thank you Digit! I didn’t went into the grass on purpose at the end. It was a mistake. I really appreciate the advice. I will go practice. 👍
Gotcha, i though so, the lap was really clean despite the points that I marked in the video.

I've got the perfect follow up video idea for you. I'll send you a note. ;-)

Any tips for rain conditions on this track ? 🥶
Great advice!
Very informative, if you don't mind me asking, how do I submit a video for analysis?
Use tag "digit" when you post your lap, I'll probably make a public post about this.
@@DigitRacingDG thank you.
So can you save me a second when I'm in the top 700 globally?
0.5 yes, a second not sure. But it would take a few hours of practice.
