Ascent: Part 2 - ISORUNCLUB Vert+ Knockout Challenge - Trail Running in Snowdonia

Hello!
Week 3, that was a tough one but incorporated some great runs and culminated in a fantastic run up Snowdon via the Watkins path. These are more runs all contributing to my participation in the IsoRunClub Vert+ Challenge.
The challenge, which started on the 1st of Feb, is being run by the fine folks at ISORUNCLUB (Go check them out! Links below) and as the name suggests (Vert+) this is all about positive elevation gain, not time or distance, just elevation. Although, there is a stipulation on maintaining an average pace throughout (to make sure there’s not TOO much walking and hiking).
This challenge is on for 10 weeks and started with roughly 100 participants and each week the bottom 10 get eliminated and so forth until only 10 remain to fight over a top spot and win some The North Face swag (including their new trail running shoe - the Flight Vectiv). I tried to take my camera out on some of the more interesting runs so if you're looking at the time stamps and wondering what's going on, you are indeed correct, some runs are skipped in the video, simply because I didn’t take my camera on that run.
