I hope you are drinking water to hydrate yourself. I would be washing my face off and with creek water. Beautiful bottles Brandon. Have a wonderful weekend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
@@adventurearchaeology if you start to feel dizzy or faint please get water or something. My friend in Virginia tristate area was dehydrated and passed out. Her husband called the ambulance took her to the emergency and thankfully they gave her fluids IV . She is doing better and won’t stop drinking water.
That was a cool jar. Live on a small river that gets dang small in summer but really can rage in winter, am always impressed by how much dirt it can move at times, not a place to be in a rain storm. Wow what a lot of bricks and bits in this creek. Don't doubt all the water really punches up the humidity.
I'm jealous of the bottle stop, never find a complete one yet. The triangular shaped bottle was cool looking!! I need a place with more embossed bottles. With all of the rain we've had, trees have come down all along my creek. I'm weaving through trunks and branches just to get from one point to the next. My body is sore the next day 😂.
Hey Brandon! I found my first creek Hutch today! Sadly it was broken!!!! Today I found a broken Hutch, a broken Bitters, a broken local soda that had (now) only 3 known examples, a broken Budweiser, and a broken unknown Orange Crush from my city. Lots of broken hearts today but at least I found some awesome stuff.
If your ever near cibola county new mexico i got a sweet local dump from the 1880s 90s all the way to the 1940s 50s. Nobody wants to go and have it. Would beat digging alone.i'll leave it up to you cap'n.
Brandon that creek is hit or miss, but it is still one of the creeks that you should still visit. That jug and the Mason jar are fantastic. Isn't this the creek you found that pre civil war sasparilla afew years ago. Love your videos keep them coming
That Atlas /Mason jar was a beauty to me. Loved seeing all those air bubbles in the glass. Great find Braden. I thought you did well today. ♥️♥️👍👍👍🌟 PS. It’s super hot n sweaty here in Florida. 🥵
I’m new here but instantly fascinated since I collect old bottles. Can you do a video showing the cleaning process in more detail and the final results? I’d love to see the muriatic acid in action. Thanks!!! 😊
With the lottle digging and searching weve done it seems that the mason jars are hard to find whole. Unless you can find an old cellar with them. Managed to dig most of a couple smaller brand name jars that were bought out by ball o believe around 1900. One was a swayzees and thother i forget the manufacturer but it was made at a local plant in southeast Kansas. Now the hunts on for whole ones! Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos.
We’re enjoying this video during Day 5 of our power outage from Beryl. My 8-year-old son loves your channel! When we went back to my hometown in N. AL this summer, he said he wanted to walk in creeks to find bottles.
Love that Atlas jar. Awesome finds in this video Brandon. Stay safe out there this week. Here in East Tennessee we are Forcast for some really hot temperatures, maybe triple digets, so don't over do it my friend Awesome video and great adventure and as always thanks for taking us along
I moved to Lake of the Ozarks many years ago, the codes were pretty lax at the time. We were stripping and repainting the outdoor pool. We used the muratic acid and I just wore tenny shoes. Everyone else was, just don’t breathe too much. Lol. That crap ate the soles of my shoes!! No joke.
Best of both worlds, creek walking and bottle digging. You missed an opportunity for a really bad joke early on. You said you found two pieces of shoes within feet of each other...ba-dum-bump. And being from West Virginia, no jokes about teeth missing here. If you keep a damp towel/rag around your neck, take of off and flick it now and then, it will help keep you cooler. Beautiful jar and bottles at the end. Love the squatty one. 🥰
Brandon, just watched the magnificent trilogy, water happened to you guys finding the seven hutches? Have you found any of them other than the half hutch that Clayton dug up? You should do a video letting your subscribers know what you have achieved on the magnificent seven. By the way, I love watching your bottle digging videos. Your river walking videos are sweet too. Unfortunately where I live antique bottles are not found in the rivers. Y
I dug 3 of the shoulder script straight side cokes last week here in east Tennessee but on was Nashville other 2 was Knoxville and all three was the dark brown bottles amber
The Greenbrier bottle probably said Nashville for the same reason coke says Atlanta…Coca Cola was invented in COLUMBUS, Georgia, but moved to Atlanta for whatever reason…Atlanta claims coke, but that’s the animosity of Columbus,
I did a lil in northern Michigan and DAGGUM there’s a literal shiz pile of ketchup bottles in ever one of my dig spots!! Why?! If there’s 20 bottles 12 are ketchup. They just drink the stuff straight back in the day?
I’ve talked about it in a few videos we are focused on grits and tubes/stopples. The Motor, frame and rollers are something I’ve yet to be able to find a cheap enough source.
Baking soda usually does the trick but I use the same acid for months at a time and just add a little too it when I can’t get the bottles fully submerged.
🎶 99 bottles of beer in the creek, 99 bottles of beer, there’s a landfill around, the rain washed ‘em down, 99 bottles of beer in the creek. 😂
😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Bahaha best comment for sure!
@@adventurearchaeology Agreed
They're all fun to watch, but I enjoy the creek walks the most!---Sure wish I could have seen that pretty dish washed up...
Fun to see Clayton again...his bottle knowledge is amazing
He’s a genius with this stuff. Your only as good as the team that surrounds you and Clayton is a valuable asset!
Leather shoe soles "all within feet of each other" 😂😂😂
Witty wee chap😅
Braver than I ! that creek looked so 'snaky' 🪱
It’s loaded with them haha I was shocked I didn’t see one this day.!
I hope you are drinking water to hydrate yourself. I would be washing my face off and with creek water. Beautiful bottles Brandon. Have a wonderful weekend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
I usually have a cooler full of Gatorade’s but this trip I was too far from the truck.

Awesome hunt! The fly dead bottle shape looks like it was designed to screw on to the bottom of an antique hand held bug pump spray gun.👍
Pretty sure you’re right on the attachment to a sprayed.
Nice combo video of both Creek walking and digging! It’s so fun to see the way Mother Nature exposes new treasures
I love old Mason jars, Brandon. The Atlas is a sweet find! The Fly Ded is nice!❤
I’ve been using CLR and copper chop and just shaking it by hand and it has been working great to clean the creek crud off of my bottles.❤️🧡💛
That’s a good method as well!
Thanks for sharing 👍🤓👍
Another sweet find. A few nice finds. Great job sir!

Leather soles within FEET of each other….. it writes itself Brandon 😂🍻

Weee down to visiting it every 4 months or so.
Amazing video as always Brandon! You've inspired me to get into bottle collecting!
Nice hunts and finds!
Awesome finds..🥰🥰
Made my Friday once again! ♥
Rock on!
Awesome finds congrats
Awesome 👏
Thank you Brandon for the adventure and seeing some nice finds !
My pleasure!!

Where that med came out after that large modern bottle. There was a bottle with a stopper hidden under the branches
Great finds! The jar and bottle cleaned up great!
I probably need to head up there from Florida to some of my favorite gold locations and do a little gold panning.
I love seeing Clayton back in the crew!
I finally caught him while he wasn’t busy haha
Loved it, thank you! Love the honey amber colored and wish I'd seen a Hutch, yeah!!! Thank you 😁😁😍
You are so welcome!

Sorry to hear you have no power! Yall should get in a creek to escape the heat for sure!
I found a glass stopper the other day. It still had cork on it.
We usually only find them with the cork or rubber in mud. It’s like it preserves it!

Welcome aboard!
You all have such tremendous knowledge about bottles, I'm impressed. :-)
Drove through Alabama yesterday. Can’t explain how bad I wanted to pull over and walk the creeks we went over.
Awesome hunt 👍🏻😎

Oh yah! Stuff is strong!
Hitch’s Was a condiment manufacturer similar to Hines that was based out of Louisville, Kentucky, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Thanks for the info!

We’re yet to find one and it’s years later. So we just decided to keep searching and one day we know we will find one.
1:42 I see what you did there! Shoe soles within “feet” of each other.
Bahaha
I dug 3 of the shoulder script straight side cokes last week here in east Tennessee but on was Nashville other 2 was Knoxville and all three was the dark brown bottles amber
You found the shoes within feet of each other 😮
look like there was a bottle next to the mason jar also
It was plastic. I grabbed it on my way out.
Is it just me or did you leave a blob top laying right next to where you picked up the jar
If I had a clue about this internet stuff I'd love a 6 pack of thoes straight side coke cola bottles. Very rare in Wyoming. Blessings
Brandon please be very careful with any liquid you find in those Fly Ded containers. That insecticide contained DDT.
I didn’t think of that but you’re right!
Killer tip...keep your tee shirt wet. The evaporation process will keep your core cool.
Was that wooden pole maybe for an insulator?
I thought this video was about Paul Macbeth 😂
I lost that one in translation somehow haha
The Greenbrier bottle probably said Nashville for the same reason coke says Atlanta…Coca Cola was invented in COLUMBUS, Georgia, but moved to Atlanta for whatever reason…Atlanta claims coke, but that’s the animosity of Columbus,
“Chas.” = Charles
You are correct!
I did a lil in northern Michigan and DAGGUM there’s a literal shiz pile of ketchup bottles in ever one of my dig spots!! Why?! If there’s 20 bottles 12 are ketchup. They just drink the stuff straight back in the day?
I cannot believe that people trashed this creek, I don't care how long ago it was!
Almost every creek is that way today
Thanks for the washing tips.
How do you dispose of your dirty pail of muriatic acid? That's what I am not sure of and why I haven't tried it yet.
I keep mine until it evaporates. I reuse it in the same bucket for months at a time.
@adventurearchaeology thank you very much! Do you cover it between uses?
Are you still trying with the tumbler concept? I got to get a ton of bottles polished
I’ve talked about it in a few videos we are focused on grits and tubes/stopples. The Motor, frame and rollers are something I’ve yet to be able to find a cheap enough source.
What is the acid called again?
Ive seen you clean the bottles with the acid but how do you tumble them? Thanks
We have a few videos: Checkout the Advanced Jar Doctor Tumbler video
Hirsch bottle whiskey bottle
Alabama, Yea you are going to sweat. Thats Alabama. Next, I seen a ton of black sand in the video. Take a Gold pan with you just for fun.
are there any screw top bottles that are valuable ? normally I would not take one home.
Watch last Fridays video haha!
What was the bottle next to the Atlas Jar??
It was a plastic Gatorade. I got it on my way out haha
Would the acid stuff clean old insulators? Like the black haze
I’ve cleaned a few insulators and it worked well.
@adventurearchaeology thank you!
Is there anything that counteracts the muriatic acid, that you can keep on hand in case of a spill or if you get it on your skin???
Baking soda
Baking soda usually does the trick but I use the same acid for months at a time and just add a little too it when I can’t get the bottles fully submerged.
How did the DR Pepper bottle come out
The label was to far gone so it got trashed.
Bro you're insane for not wearing any gloves. My luck i'd lose a digit or 2.
You'll be able to hide some bottles in that beard before too long lol
It’s about as long as I can stand it haha
Aren't you scared of a snake biting you? Do you ever see them?
Everybody knows Tuskalosa in Alabama.
I’m a bit confused?
@@adventurearchaeology Just a wise crack, never mind.
Randy's getting a bit comfortable being on camera being all shirtless over yonder
Haha I got the threatening text after the video release 😂
No marbles? Seems like an incomplete video without one, better get back out there and find it! ;o)
I know right!
HAVE VINGAR ON HAND IF YOU GET THAT SHE-IT ON YOU
That's a summer comb summer there summer not
snakes??????
Looks like snake city.
It is I usually see at least one copperhead every trip haha
